We understand the importance of ongoing investment in the latest technologies, equipment, and training to the high standards of our ISO quality certifications. Our programme of continuous improvement means that our CNC bending and folding capacity, along with our roll bending and sheet metal forming competence can meet the most demanding metal fabrication contracts.
Metal bending and folding is one of the most common sheet metal fabrication operations. Also known as press braking, this method is used to deform a material to any angular shape desired by the client. This is done through the application of force on a workpiece. The force must exceed the material’s yield strength to achieve a plastic deformation, only then can you get a lasting result in the form of a bend.
Computer numerically controlled (CNC) bending is a specific type of metal forming that is carried out on CNC press brakes. These hydraulic press braking machines have the latest technology incorporated within them and are best used for precise bending of metal sheet, which makes them a popular choice for sheet metal bending.
Bespoke Fabrications offers sheet metal, tube and profile rolling with the capability of forming up to 2.0m wide and 15mm thick sheet metal and 50mm diameter tube. Roll-bending or curving describes the manufacture of sheet-metal, tubing and profiled shapes that are rolled or curved into cylindrical shapes, or shapes that have a smooth radius associated with them.
With our capacity to create cylindrical products from a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, our clients can be assured of clean rolls, reducing ferrous and non-ferrous cross contamination. We also have the ability to laser cut apertures within the work piece prior to rolling to increase efficiency.
Bespoke Fabrications’ state-of-the-art, 57,480 sq. ft, purpose-built facility houses a comprehensive range of CNC hydraulic press brakes and roll bending machines, enabling us to form parts in a variety of shapes and sizes, from the simplest to the most complex, precisely, and cost-effective.
